When you submit a quote request or join our waitlist, we collect:

• Phone number (when applicable)
• Postal address or city/ZIP for matching
• Information about your roofing project (type of work, timing, photos if voluntarily provided)

We also automatically collect standard web data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent. This is collected via Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and similar tools.

• Match you with one vetted local roofing contractor
• Communicate with you about your request, our service, and (with your consent) launch updates
• Improve our matching, vetting, and customer experience

How we share your information

We share your contact information only with the single matched roofing contractor selected for your request. We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to multiple contractors, lead aggregators, or marketing list resellers.

We may share information with service providers who help operate our business (hosting, email, CRM) under contractual privacy obligations, and we may disclose information when required by law.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Quote request records are typically retained for 7 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

RoofQuoteHQ is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
